Unreliable. It stopped sending me notifications about parcels, which made me miss a delivery, so I had to pay for a new delivery. Apparently it happens when the app needs an update (has happened to other people I know), but the app hasn't indicated that an update is available or needed. So apparently, at any time and without a warning, an app update can be released and the app will stop notifying about deliveries, and it will cost you money. Round business!

This is the second time they lost my shipment, I received a notification that the shipment has been delivered but I didn't received any shipments. Contacting the customer service isn't helpful as they asked me to contact the sender to make a claim. I asked them to contact the driver as I just received the notification but they refused, not professional and not helpful.
